The Digi60 Filmmakers’ Summer Accelerator returns for 2026 — a four-day intensive workshop series dedicated to skills-building for Ottawa’s new and emerging filmmakers. Taking place August 24-27, 2026 at Arts Court (2 Daly Ave), this program welcomes participants looking to accelerate and amplify their skills, knowledge, and network in Directing, Producing, Acting, or Screenwriting.

Workshop sessions take place at Arts Court, 2 Daly Ave., 10 am to 5 pm daily.
10 seats available in each stream.
Participants between 18 and 30 years of age will be prioritized; 8 seats in each stream are reserved for equity-denied participants under 30.
A waitlist is available for those over 30 or who do not identify as equity-denied.
Participants will not need to bring any tools or materials, though a notebook or laptop is welcome.
Lunch will be included.
Workshops and presentations will be made primarily in English; some content will be presented in other languages including French with English subtitles.
This program is committed to the UN Global Compact 50-30 challenge.
