2026 Digi60 60-Day Challenge

Are you a new, emerging or professional filmmaker ready for a challenge?

Digi60's annual 60-Day Challenge invites filmmakers to write, shoot and complete an original short film in just 60 days.

It's an opportunity to create, collaborate, connect with other filmmakers and get your work on screen.

The 2026 Challenge begins at our Kick-Off on Sunday, September 27, 2026 and runs through November 26, 2026 at 7 PM ET.
The 2026 Digi60 Filmmakers’ Festival screenings and program take place from December 18-20, 2026.

How to Register

Registration is completed in two steps, right here on this page:

  1. Pay your registration fee through Zeffy (embedded form below).
    Choose the registration option that works best for you, including our standard registration, registration with additional community support, or Pay-What-You-Can.

  2. Complete the Digi60 registration form (form below).
    After completing your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email from Zeffy. Keep your Zeffy ticket number handy, as you'll need it to complete the registration form below.


You need to complete both steps to successfully register for the 60-Day Challenge.

Step 1: PAYMENT

Standard Registration — $60

You are a new, emerging or professional filmmaker who wants to participate in the 2026 60-Day Challenge.

You're ready to take on the challenge and are able to pay the full registration fee.

Pay It Forward — $120

You’re a new, emerging or professional filmmaker who also wants to support a fellow filmmaker who faces financial barriers, or you want to support festival programming while you register to be a part of the 2026 60-Day Challenge.

Pay What You Can

You are a new or emerging filmmaker who could get by with a little help from our friends! If the standard registration fee presents a financial barrier, choose an amount that works for you. We don't want cost to prevent you from taking the challenge.

Pay-What-You-Can and register to be a part of the 2026 60-Day Challenge.

You can also choose to contribute more than the suggested amounts to provide additional support for the program.

You’ve completed the form. Now where is the Zeffy Ticket Number for Step 2?

Once you’ve completed the embedded Zeffy form above, you will receive an email from Zeffy confirming payment. There will be a link to your e-ticket (image 1 below) in the body of the email. Click “View tickets” and you will get your Ticket Number (image 2 below) which you will need for step 2.

Step 2: Complete Your Filmmaker Registration

You’ve made your payment, and received your Zeffy Ticket Number. Great!
