Student Category Now Open.

Attention all Students! Want to enter the Digi60 Festival? Well now you can. We've added our Student Category to the Enter Now section. When you go to the enter now page, and read the Agreement, click on the bottom "Pay Now" button to enter the Student category. A valid Student ID will be required, and the entry fee is only $10.00.

Okay Filmmakers, here it is... your chance to enter the DIGI60 2010 festival!

The "Open" category is for anyone, from experienced to novice, who wants to create and participate. Any time before September 20th you'll be able to enter right here on digi60.org. Just click on the Enter Now link at the top.

On September 17th at 11:00pm , the catch will be released on the website for all the Open category entrants. All valid entries will be posted to our blip.tv site, and the top films, as selected by our panel of judges, will be included in the Gala event on November 16th at the Shenkman Theatre.

A $25.00 entry fee will apply, and entrants will have to read and accept the terms and conditions.

We're very pleased to announce the group of eight filmmakers who make up this years "Invited Filmmakers". Our "Super-Eight" are (in alphabetical order):

On September 16th, they'll open this years catch, and the festival will begin! Good luck to our filmmakers.

Didn't get invited? We have an Open Category as well - Monday Aug. 9th we'll be posting on the site how you can enter a film in this years Digi60.

We've sent out the first batch of filmmaker invites! This year we've got three categories: Invited, Open, and Student. If you don't receive an invitation within the next week, stay tuned for information about how you can apply to make a DIGI60 film.
